All addons in `More tools...` dropdown(overflow menu) moves `Extention` button without any feedback

Existing user confused!
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start old Firefox108.0
- Install a couple of addons
- Move addon's toolbutton to
Overflow Menu - Optionally, Move built-in toolbutton to
Overflow Menu - Update Firefox to 109.0
Actual results:
Addon are missing in Overflow Menu.
However, built-in toolbutton are stay in Overflow Menu.
This is annoying. User confuse.
Expected Results:
Toolbutton should be stay in Overflow Menu.

That sounds like the overflow panel to unified extensions migration from bug 1798896

What :aminomancer wrote above. This is an expected behavior introduced by the "extensions button" feature: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/unified-extensions
