In the event a tooltip is displayed onscreen long enough for the user to mouse
over it and click on it, keyboard functionality (i.e.: entering a URL, menu
navigation) stops working. The only way to regain use of the keyboard is to get
another tooltip to display and subsequently vanish.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a tooltip to display onscreen long enough to get your mouse over it.
(This is the hard part.)
2. Click the tooltip.
3. Attempt to enter a URL.
Actual Results:
No cursor would dispaly in the address bar, and the keyboard would not work.
Expected Results:
Simply kill the tooltip without affecting input controls.

Ahh, gotcha. The keywords in my searches didn't bring those up. Thanks.
I'll go ahead and mark as a dupe.
