User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/109.0
Steps to reproduce:
Create folder in bookmarks bar.
Have 10+ bookmarks
Right-click a bookmark to show options (edit, delete, etc.)
Actual results:
options menu (for edit, delete, etc.) shows behind the tabs list rather than on top of it
Expected results:
options menu should show on top of the tabs list. if a tab is clicked higher in the list the options menu doesn't show at all.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello, thank you for the report!
I managed to reproduce this issue after many clicks, it seems to be an edge case.
Tested and reproduced on macOS 10.15:
- Firefox 109.0;
- Firefox Nightly 110.0a1;
If this is not the correct component, feel free to change it to a more appropriate one.
Setting as NEW so that the developers can have a look.
Thank you.
