Steps to reproduce:
Open any webpage and scroll top to bottom.
Actual results:
The webpage text will appear floating.
Expected results:
The text should not float. On my system I don't see this happening with normal firefox. This happens on firefox settings page too. So I don't think it is specific to a website.
