Environment:
Operating system: Google Pixel 5 (Android 13)
Firefox version: Nightly 111.0a1-20230124093000

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://ylilauta.org/satunnainen
2. Long tap on an article.
3. Open link in a new tab.
4. Switch to that tab.
5. Observe the page.

Expected Behaviour:
The images are displayed on the page.

Actual Behaviour:
The images are not displayed.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Normally it would block only the ads but in some cases even the images, reproduces randomly (it might reproduce more often in private mode)
3. Refreshing the page fixes the issue
4. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
5. Same behaviour in Private
6. Same behaviour on Firefox Release

I'm not able to reproduce this on my phone, so it seems likely that there is a specific ad script that is being blocked which breaks things, and only loads sometimes (and possibly depending on the user's region). If we can reproduce this, and find out which script that would be, we might be able to write a SmartBlock shim for it.
