Why/User Benefit/User Problem

As a Fenix user, I want to know exactly how the saved logins (while not being logged in) will be ported to the FxA account after logging in.

What/Requirements

Add a tour for the Logins and password section on the onboarding and settings (that can be triggered all the time)
Let's say there will be 2-3 screens with a presentation regarding the Logins and password section.

Notes

Please note that in the Learn more about Sync is not present this situation when saving any account in Fenix without being logged in that will be saved/synced to the FxA account.
