Steps to reproduce
1: Have Zoom on all website option in Accessibility enable
2: Navigate to vnexpress.net

Expected behaviour

Web page render correctly

Actual behaviour
Web page seem to use wrong view port, showing the hidden panel on the side

this problem happens with all extension turn off and enhance protection off

Yes, this is reproducible with the latest Nightly 111.0a1 (2023-02-06) build.
It is also reproducible on the latest Beta 110.0b6 and latest RC 109.2.0.
Not reproducible on Chrome.
Once you zoom out after activating Zoom on all websites the page has the described panel in the right side.
Device used: Google Pixel 7 (Android 13).
