Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 111.0a1 (2023-01-25)
Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://metallica.film/sign-up
- Observe the behaviour.
Expected Behaviour:
The sing-up section loads.
Actual Behaviour:
The sing-up section does not load, it is in a loading loop.
Notes:
- Screenshot provided
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
- Not reproducible with Standard ETP
- Reproducible with both Standard and Strict in Private mode

The form itself is hosted on a URL that's on the tracking lists, https://trafalgar-releasing.us15.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=371a8eb62cd4c32be815d20ec&id=76b40e2af7, and so is being blocked in strict/private mode.
