Steps to reproduce:

Download a file

Actual results:

Started downloading showing a notification

Expected results:

Start downloading but also show live download progress in the downloads tab of the browser.

Currently, the downloads page in the 3 dot menu do not show downloads in progress, only when completed. There is no current UI for a download in progress on this page.
