Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Settings - Accessibility, and enable "Zoom on all websites".
  2. Open twitter.com, or instagram.com, zoom out/in the pages and scroll.

Expected behaviour

The pages have no visual glitches, can be scrolled smoothly.

Actual behaviour

The twitter.com or instagram.com toolbars become dynamic - please see the videos below.

This is still reproducible on the latest Firefox versions: Nightly 113.0a1 from 3/28, Beta 112.0b7, and RC 111.1.1, with HTC 10 (Android 8).
Pages tested on: instagram.com, twitter.com.
