Steps to reproduce
Highlight some text, press the 3-dot-button to the right
Expected behaviour
A list of all dictionary apps available on the device should open
Actual behaviour
The list appears, some dictionary apps are on it, but - at least in my case - one is missing, the "Oxford Dictionary of English"
