This bug is still reproducible in newer versions of Fenix. See the linked discussion on github.
I'm unable to repro on Pixel 6a / Android 13 nightly on the page used in the github discussion ( https://bitmovin.com/demos/av1 ), but can repro on 109. Would you be able to confirm whether it repros on nightly from your side?

Thanks for checking, it does work for me in nightly. This was still reproducible by QA in 106 beta so I'll ask them to verify and close in that case.

The product::component has been changed since the backlog priority was decided, so we're resetting it.

It is reproducible on the latest Beta 110.0b6 using the following link: bitmovin.com/demos/av1.
Works fine in the Nightly 111.0a1 (2023-02-06) build on both Filmakinesi site and the demo video mentioned above.
Device used: Google Pixel 7 (Android 13).

I was able to reproduce this issue on http://techslides.com/sample-webm-ogg-and-mp4-video-files-for-html5 with the "Sample 3GP Video File" file. Tapping on it, displays the "No video with supported format and MIME type found" error message.
Tested with Oppo Reno 6 (Android 12), on the latest Firefox Nightly for Android 112.0a1 from 3/2.
