As the gfx sanity test relies on the canvas, which the media engine playback doesn't support yet. So if the sanity check runs when media.wmf.media-engine.enabled=true and media.wmf.media-engine.channel-decoder.enabled=true, then it will cause the video rendering test fails and causes no hw decoding available even if users turn off those preferences. They will need to wait for the next run of the sanity test and make sure they turn off those prefs, which is bad.

As this sanity test relies on the canvas, which the media engine
playback doesn't support yet. So if the sanity check runs when
the media engine pref is true, then it will cause the video rendering
test fails and results in no hw decoding available even if users turn
off those preferences.
