Steps to reproduce

1. Type the refresh firefox or cache firefox string on the Address Bar
2. Hover the Help button on the intervention card
3. Click the Help button

Expected result

• Mozilla help support URLs should be opened

Actual result

• 404 not found displayed for Help at the target URLs for search interventions and tips

It appears an incorrect SUMO in-product link was used. For example, the SUMO in-product link:

• https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/<version>/<platform>/<locale>/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

was used, which didn't exist, and which should have been one of the following instead:

• https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/<version>/<platform>/<locale>/refresh-info-search
• https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/<version>/<platform>/<locale>/refresh-modal
• https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/<version>/<platform>/<locale>/refresh-firefox-windows

but no worries, I created a new in-product link for:

• https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/<version>/<platform>/<locale>/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

so it works now. For example, https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/109.0.1/Darwin/en-US/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings works now.

Hi Fabi,

The following link still shows Page Not Found:
https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/112.0/WINNT/en-US/update-firefox-latest-release

It can be accessed by typing update Firefox in the address bar of an older Firefox version and then selecting the Help button for the intervention card that is displayed on the second row.

The issue is verified fixed using the latest Fx 117.0, Fx 118.0b3 and Fx 119.0a1 on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20.04. The correct link is now accessed for all 'help' buttons of the intervention cards:
