• Try to use my Yubikey.

Disabling security.webauthn.ctap2 makes this work again.

Seems like on Windows it still works.

If you've had your Yubikey registered with that account for a long time (since 2019 or so), then it's likely due to Bug 1814722. If so, re-registering your Yubikey will fix the problem.

We learned in Bug 1814983 that Google Accounts is still using the legacy U2F protocol for registrations from Firefox. So this is Bug 1814722.
