VideoFrame should only be exposed to Window and DedicatedWorker. SharedWorker should know nothing about the VideoFrame interface.
The tests for using VideoFrame in SharedWorker shouldn't work at all. Before correcting the VideoFrame implementation, the related wpts should be removed in case of causing errors for other browser vendors.
