Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox
Go to fullscreen mode
Show the bookmarks menu in the toolbar
Open a bookmarks folder from the toolbar
Right click on one of the bookmarks
Actual results:
The right-click context menu appears behind the bookmarks
Expected results:
The right-click context menu appears in front of the bookmarks

This is fixed in Firefox 111 (see bug 1763990) and the patch may get uplifted.
