Details

Some super reviewers will not SR until a review has been done first.  I'm sure
those SRs would love to see the attachment flags (whether the patch has been r+
or r-'d yet) when viewing their request queue, so they can ignore the non-r+'d
ones.  It would also be helpfull for approval requests.

If this isn't a dup, please add to Bug 171553 dependencies :)
