To gather ample user feedback for PiP full controls and catch issues with important non-EN video websites, let's flip the pref
media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.improved-video-controls.enabled for Nightly 112.

Please note, that we will remain in Nightly for 2 cycles, aiming for the release of the full controls to the stable channel in Firefox 113.
