Over on https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D169092 I've added Sasha from our team as peer. The auto-generated / exported rst file contains the following entry:

https://people.mozilla.org/s?query=Sasha>

Sadly this is a query and opening the page will show three different persons. Instead of the query a direct link like https://people.mozilla.org/p/sasha should be exported.

The main issue here is that there is no guaranteed 1:1 relationship between Bugzilla nicknames and PMO usernames, but there might be a way to fetch those links properly via the email associated with Bugzilla (if it is also added to PMO).
