The download toolbar button progress color was previously cyan in dark mode but now it is blue and has low contrast.

Reproduced this issue on an affected Nightly build from 2023-02-08, on Win 10.
Verified as fixed on 111.0b3 (20230219190218) on Win 10 and macOS 10.15. Download toolbar icon progress and completion color and the overflow button no longer have a low contrast in dark mode.
