Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://www.express.co.uk/life-style/property/1731901/window-cleaning-vacuum-karcher-condensation-property
2. Tap on the "Play" button located inside the embedded video.
3. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The video plays after the ads.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.

Notes:

• Not reproducible with ETP set to STANDARD/ turned OFF.
• Reproducible in PRIVATE BROWSING mode.
• Screenshot attached.
• The cookie policy is not shown as well."
