Might be related to bug 158457.
Invoking a non existing XSLT style sheet such as
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="inexisting.xsl"?>
fails silently, even when the web designer might be testing the web page (file://)
Would be more informative to at least give some feedback, as is the case in XML
pretty-print for example, or abort with an XML parsing error?!?
