Adjust main call to action copy on control variant of the opt in panel:
- Old copy: Dismiss Requests
- New copy: Reject Requests
Rationale: There are concerns that “Dismiss requests” in english is interpreted as a call to action to dismiss the panel as opposed to the banners.
