1815736 - Translations of action names in flatpak are not working

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Firefox flatpak from flathub (version 109.0.1).
• Right click on Firefox icon in gnome shell.

Actual results:

• Actions in menu are not translated (my system locales are set to es_es.UTF-8).

Expected results:

• Actions in menu are translated.

Checking the ".desktop" file, locales are defined as "es-ES". If I change them to "es_ES", the issue gets solved.

Locales in the flatpak desktop files have the language and the country
separated by a hyphen, but it should be separated by underscore.

"-mac" in Japanese locale is also removed according to bug 418485.

Spanish translation is added for the action to open the profile manager.
