Deutsche Telekom tried submitting two new root CA certificates that have been signed using RSASSA-PSS, but we're having trouble parsing them and uploading them to the CCADB. I think we need to update https://tls-observatory.services.mozilla.com/static/certsplainer.html - https://github.com/mozilla/tls-observatory.
