Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings - Logins and passwords - Saved logins
2. Enter the device pattern and tap on the "Add login" button.
3. Fill all the fields and save the login
4. Click on the login you just created, then on the vertical "..." button, "Edit"

Expected behavior

The Add Login and the Edit Login screens have consistent UX

Actual behavior

The Edit Login screen has a "visibility" button on the Password field, whereas the Add Login screen doesn't have it

I just realised this issue duplicates part of the description of bug 1815564
