Steps to reproduce:

1. Using a laptop mouse-pad, pinch to zoom in until you cannot any further.
2. Zoom out ~10%
3. Shift the page horizontally any amount you wish
4. With varying speed, continually try to zoom in further than the zoom-maximum will allow
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until changes occur
6. Observe text edge blur and distortion

Actual results:

After reproducing these steps, text appeared to distort as the user zoomed in further than the zoom limit would allow. After achieving this effect, it also appears that the entire page is affected in a similar way upon zooming out and navigating normally.

Expected results:

Text should have remained fixed and aliased

The distortion isn't captured very well by the small size of the embedded video, so you may need to view it in full-screen
