In https://docs.google.com/document/d/1r1RcRstytYN21sxl82Cbr4ueGErLe6Q7ho_hsQxrg2o/edit#heading=h.sn9xuv869pzg, we discovered that Client IDs in Firefox for Android are being regenerated. This has been an ongoing issue across various platforms and we want to spend time investigating this problem and to get a better understanding of the underlying causes.

This metabug will track all the existing bugs related to this issue.
