In bug 1816715, we fixed UI tests not running on PRs open by trusted contributors. By design, bot accounts like mergify's aren't considered trusted.

We should still find a way to run them. Some uplifts could introduce regressions on release branches.

Bug 1805560 may be a suitable solution.

In the long term (after the next migration), this won't be an issue. Let's wontfix for now, and possibly revisit if bug 1805560 is resolved.
