For "DMG extended attributes" attribution, we need to write HFS+ extended attributes (xattrs) correctly. https://github.com/mozilla/libdmg-hfsplus has some support for this, but it's buggy (and untested). This ticket tracks fixing this support in our fork (but not necessarily addressing the testing).

I have this fixed locally and will push a PR shortly.
