Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/111.0

Steps to reproduce:

version 110 loaded last night. Today scrolling no longer works. I tried another browser and a word processing program and mouse scrolling works in those. I then rolled Firefox back to ver 109 and mouse scrolling started working again.

Actual results:

with ver 110, mouse scrolling stopped working. I rolled Firefox back to ver 109 and mouse scrolling started working again. I then updated Firefox to ver 111.0b1 (64-bit) and scrolling still does not work.

Expected results:

Mouse scrolling should work with versions >109
