Steps to reproduce:
- Open any webpage
- Copy some content in the webpage
- Click the address bar (all the content is now selected)
- Paste the content by using keyboard
- Select all by using keyboard
- Cut by using keyboard
Actual results:
The content in the clipboard is the URL, not the content copied from the website.
Expected results:
The content in the clipboard should be the content copied from the website.

I was able to reproduce this issue as well, after pasting somthing in the URL bar, Selecting all and then Hitting Ctrl X in order to cut, when pasting it will just paste the initial URL instead of the selected text.

This is still reproducible in Nightly and needs further investigation.

I do not see this behavior on webpages currently (Mac FF 122).

Actually, I do see this behavior consistently but only when content that has multiple lines is copied.
It does not happen if I only copy one word or line.
