Steps to reproduce:

The issue is always present. Just activate the Themed Icons feature on Android 13 and you will see that the Firefox themed icon is slightly bigger and not centered (slightly lower) compared to the Firefox non-themed/standard icon.

Actual results:

The Firefox themed icon is slightly bigger and not centered (slightly lower) compared to the Firefox non-themed/standard icon.

Expected results:

The Firefox themed icon must be identical to the Firefox non-themed/standard icon with regard to its size and position! Please fix this for all Firefox versions!

Now, this is getting ridiculous. No updates? Not even assigned to someone?

When you'll actually take care of this bug and fix it, maybe you can also fix the background color of the Firefox app icon in the app drawer when Android Dark theme is active. When Android Dark theme is active, the icon background color in the app drawer is dark blue. While when the Android Dark theme is inactive, the icon background color is correctly black.

Yes, you can try if you know your way around modifying the ic_launcher_monochrome.xml file and we can ask someone in UX to review the changes (I do not have a keen eye). :)
