• Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): We enabled pdf.js in nightly for a while and planned to do it for early beta but I forgot to bundle pdf.js files.
  And we want to test it with a larger audience.

Verified as fixed on Firefox 111.0b3 from 02/20 with Motorola Moto G9 plus (Android 11). PDF.js files are bundled on Beta 3.
