Steps to reproduce:

Upgraded Firefox to 111beta03 and set alerts.useSystemBackend.windows.notificationserver.enabled=false

Actual results:

I receive native windows notifications from firefox.

Expected results:

I should be receiving the old firefox notifications.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Notifications and Alerts' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

This is an internal detail of alerts.useSystemBackend. Instead, set that pref to alerts.useSystemBackend=false to return to XUL notifications.
