Perfherder has detected a talos performance regression from push 58ce88d4f5dab93d267c396fe01cd0b2ac706a57. As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

It looks like that regression is caused by a backout of the patch in Bug 1699681. I don't think this is a real regression as the patch in Bug 1699681 is still not landed yet. Can we close this?
