With the new uplift bug updating endpoint now available, we need to switch to using it on the Lando side instead of the standard BMO REST API.

It looks like this was merged with https://github.com/mozilla-conduit/lando-api/commit/504299dca50dc5d5be0c7aaab7014dc2d0391afb
