1818465 - about:processes shows an Utility process with an unknown actor

A debugger break point at https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/75da1dd5d4b9b991f919a41594194eab93cdef62/toolkit/components/aboutprocesses/content/aboutProcesses.js#894 tells me data.actorName == "jSOracle".

I think it would be nice to provide the actor name as a parameter for the string used in the unknown case, so that it is at least informative, even if it's not as nice as we would like.

Looks like https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/75da1dd5d4b9b991f919a41594194eab93cdef62/toolkit/components/aboutprocesses/content/aboutProcesses.js#876-896 has not been updated ; I'd like to fix that in this bug and ensure we have a test to verify that no mozilla::dom::WebIDLUtilityActorName are missing
