I don't know what triggers it, but after SOMETHING happens, whenever I try to
enter the letter 'b' into a text field, it invokes the bookmark manager, as if I
typed b with no field selected.  I have not encountered any other character that
  has similar problems. 

Once it happens once, it happens every time I try to type 'b' in a text field.

Usually, quitting  Mozilla and restarting will clear the problem, but the last
time I tried that I restarted Mozilla (build ID:2002111808), accidentally typed
'b' before selecting the text field (I have a google search form on my homepage)
-- so my first keystroke after starting was 'b' -- that brought up the bookmark
manager, which seems reasonable.  I then dismissed the manager, selected the
text field and typed 'b' -- the manger popped up again.  No way to type 'b' into
the field --'B' worked though.   I quit Mozilla and restarted -- now it's not
happeing, of course, as I decided to report the problem

I've seen this behavior half a dozen times in the last two days in text fields
on many pages. 

If I can figure out the trigger, I'll add to the report.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select a text field in a form -- for instance the query at google
2.attempt to type 'mozilla bugs'-- you won't make it
3.reselect the textfield -- you can type 'Bugs' or '.ugs' but not the 'b'.

Actual Results:  
If it happens, when you type 'b' it won't enter into the field, the bookmark
manager will pop up instead.



Expected Results:  
the 'b' should go into the text field, just like all the other characters

I've been using Mozilla for at least a year, this has only been a problem since
I got this daily build.
