Now that the GCP migration has concluded, and the Azure migration has almost concluded, it's time to start removing the old (hopefully unused) AWS pools. I'll start with removing the Linux ones, and follow up with a patch for Windows once I get the all-clear from jmaher / jmoss.
One open question.. Do we want to keep the AWS-specific logic in ci-admin? Or should I clean that up as well. I'm leaning towards keeping it.
