Steps to reproduce:
This is a new problem which was introduced a week ago with firefox version 110, running under Windows 10. Under history tab, select "clear recent history". In pop-up window, specify last hour (same problem for 2 or 4 hours) and check Cookies, among other options.
Actual results:
All cookies are cleared, not just those in specified time. This destroys logins to sites which allow me to stay logged in. Clearing of browsing history works properly, only the specified time interval is cleared. (Those are the only two I have tested. Note that I have NOT checked the box to clea cookies on closing firefox, and those affected sites do stay logged on after closing and restarting firefox. That much still works.)
Expected results:
Only cookies for specified time should have been cleared. This worked properly prior to vesion 110.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Networking: Cookies' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
I cannot tell if Core:Networking:Cookies is the right component. The bug is not in the use of cookies, but rather seems to be an internal problem in the browser itself.
