Steps to reproduce:

To bookmark all tabs we need to make 4 steps
Right click -> Select All Tabs -> Right Click -> Bookmark All Tabs

To bookmark a single tab we already have 3 options (Page context menu, Address bar, and Tabs context menu)

Expected results:

To bookmark a single tab is enough the "Address bar button" and "Page context menu".
Tabs context menu should be changed to "Bookmark All Tabs" by default.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
