I'm mirroring this issue from the support forum.

The user reports that he sees a green screen and artefacts after watching Instagram videos for a few seconds. It doesn't happen every time and he can't reproduce this on non-Fenix browsers. He has been experiencing this issue for a year or so.

It seemed to be caused by GPU specific bug.

Seems pretty rare. Haven't seen duplicates and I couldn't repro on any of my devices.
