Steps to reproduce
- Reach cnn.com
- Observe the page while scrolling.
Expected result
- The usual Ads should be loaded.
Actual result
- The Ads are not loading.
Regression range
This is not a regression.
Additional notes
- The issue is not reproducible when setting "privacy.trackingprotection.emailtracking.enabled" to false in about:config.
- Reproduced with Standard mode enabled in about:preferences#privacy.
