Steps to reproduce

1. Reach dailymail.co.uk.
2. Observe the page.
3. Watch the video from the bottom right with all the important news.

Expected result

• The user should see the usual Ads in the website's content and in the bottom right video.

Actual result

• The user doesn't see any Ads in the website's content or in the bottom right video.

Regression range
This is not a regression.

Additional notes

• The issue is not reproducible when setting "privacy.trackingprotection.emailtracking.enabled" to false in about:config.
• Reproduced with Standard mode enabled in about:preferences#privacy.

The issue is no longer reproducible on the latest Nightly 112.0a1 (Build ID: 20230307211537).
