Steps to reproduce:

Use the JPEG-XL test website to test firefox's support for JPEG-XL.

Actual results:

Use the JPEG-XL test website to test firefox's support for JPEG-XL, and find that firefox's support for JPEG-XL is not perfect.

Expected results:

We should enhance the support for JPEG-XL as soon as possible, such as enabling JPEG-XL to support Animation, Alpha, Progressive Decode, and Color Profiles
