Bug 1749345 changed metrics_pings.yaml by adding "toolkit/modules/metrics.yaml" to firefox_desktop_metrics and "toolkit/modules/pings.yaml" to firefox_desktop_pings. According to chutten's comment here, we need to manually update probe-scraper's repositories.yaml to accommodate these changes while https://github.com/mozilla/probe-scraper/pull/551 gets sorted out.
