The following telemetry should be renewed for Fenix that expired on 08-01-21.

private_browsing_shortcut.cfr_add_shortcut
private_browsing_shortcut.cfr_cancel

This telemetry is important for the re-engagement notifications that we send.

private_browsing_shortcut_cfr.cancel
