I am trying to vendor cryptography to WPT, and it depends on setuptools_rust-0.12.1-py3-none-any.whl (which is already on our internal pypi mirror), but setuptools_rust also depends on semantic-version>=2.6.0 (which is not on the internal pypi mirror).

I don't think there are any other dependencies downstream of semantic-version 2.6.0.

I'm inclined to go with the latest available, semantic-version==2.10.0 ; will that be okay?
